What happens in the initial consultation?
A focused 20-minute conversation. You describe the outcome you need; we map how the work flows today and tell you candidly whether software is the right lever, and what it would take.
How do you define success?
Before any code is written, a Blueprint session sets the scope and the outcomes that matter: hours released, errors removed, cash collected sooner. We hold ourselves to them through go-live and review them with you afterwards.
How quickly can we go live?
Our three most recent go-lives took 14, 22 and 67 days, depending on scope. A focused tool can be in your team's hands within a few weeks.
Do we really own the software?
Yes. The source code, the database and the server are yours. You can host it anywhere, hand it to another team, or keep building with us.
What is an accelerator?
A platform we already run in production, such as Classly for schools or Kanban for services firms. Your engagement starts from working software and is then shaped around your process.
