Questions leaders ask us.
Straight answers on how we work, what you own and how fast you go live. Anything else, ask in your consultation.
Getting started
What happens in the initial consultation?
A focused 20-minute conversation. You describe the outcome you need; we map how the work flows today and tell you candidly whether software is the right lever, and what it would take. If it is not a fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
What is the Blueprint session?
A 2 to 4 hour working session that turns the conversation into a plan: the screens, the data model, the outcomes that define success and a go-live date, agreed in writing before any code is written.
What is an accelerator?
A platform we already run in production, such as Classly for schools or Kanban for services firms. Your engagement starts from working software and is then shaped around your process, which is a big part of why our timelines are short.
What if our idea is too big, or too small?
We will tell you in the first conversation. Often the right move is to build the part that matters most first and grow from there. Focused, high-value problems are where we do our best work.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. We work with teams across India and the Gulf. Consultations, Blueprints and reviews all happen online, so location is rarely a constraint.
Outcomes and delivery
How do you define success?
Before any code is written, the Blueprint sets the scope and the outcomes that matter: hours released, errors removed, cash collected sooner. We hold ourselves to them through go-live and review them with you afterwards.
How quickly can we go live?
Our three most recent go-lives took 14, 22 and 67 days, depending on scope. A focused tool can be in your team's hands within a few weeks.
What if our needs change during the build?
They usually do, and the weekly rhythm is designed for it. Each Monday we agree what ships that week, so priorities can move without derailing the plan.
Who do you build for?
Ambitious businesses of any size that want to change how they work, quickly. What our clients share is not a headcount but a process holding growth back and the appetite to fix it in weeks rather than quarters. Every accelerator, integration and habit we have is shaped around that.
Technology and ownership
Do we really own the software?
Yes. The source code, the database and the server are yours. You can host it anywhere, hand it to another team, or keep building with us.
Which AI models do you work with?
We build with and connect to the leading models, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama and Mistral, and choose per task for quality, speed and data residency.
How do you use AI?
AI helps us draft code, tests and documentation faster. A senior engineer designs the architecture, reviews every change and tests it before it reaches you. That is how timelines stay short without cutting corners.
Where is it hosted?
On a server in your name, either one you already have or one we help you set up. Your data stays in your account.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every screen is designed for phones as well as desktops, and portals can be added to the home screen so they open like an app, without an app store download.
After go-live
What about support after go-live?
Every build includes a handover session and a stabilisation period. After that, ongoing support is your choice, never a condition.
Can another team take over later?
Yes. You have the full code and database on a mainstream stack, so you are never locked in to us.
Can the software grow with us?
Yes. Most of our clients extend their platform in phases, starting with the part that matters most and building on it once it is in daily use.
From spreadsheet to shipped.
Bring us the process that is holding your growth back. We will show you what it takes to fix it, and how fast.
