Manufacturing and inventory

Software for manufacturing, processing and inventory

Real-time visibility of what is in stock, what is promised and what was wasted, by batch and by order, without waiting for month-end.

The problem

Sound familiar?

What we hear most often from manufacturing and inventory leaders before we start.

01Tally shows receipts, not reality

What came in is recorded. What has since been cut, reserved or scrapped is not.

02Stock gets promised twice

Material committed to one customer is offered to another, because nothing records the commitment.

03Planning lives in one head

Cutting and production plans depend on one experienced person being in the building.

04Wastage is a monthly surprise

Scrap is known as a total at month-end, not by batch, job or order.

  • Job-work and godown tracking
  • Batch-level traceability
FAQ

Manufacturing and inventory: common questions.

All questions
Do we have to stop using Tally?

No. Tally stays your books and your record of receipts. We import its stock exports (CSV or Excel) and export back what it needs, so nobody enters the same data twice.

Our item names follow our own format. Can the system read them?

Yes. Stockflow, built for Anav Infra Steel, reads names such as "CR Coil 1.20X1250 (D513)" into material, thickness, width and grade. We set the rules for your naming during the Blueprint, and anything that cannot be read goes to a review screen instead of being skipped.

We work in tonnes, metres and pieces. Is that a problem?

No. Units are designed in from the start, per material, with conversions where you need them.

Can it track stock at job-work units and other godowns?

Yes. Each location, cutter or godown is set up once, and every stock line shows where it physically sits.

How do you stop the numbers drifting from reality?

By refusing anything that does not balance. In Stockflow, a cut cannot be saved unless outputs plus wastage equal what was consumed, to within a kilogram, and orders can only reserve stock that is genuinely available.

Can people on the floor use it from a phone?

Yes. Screens are designed for phones and tablets as well as desktops, so stock can be checked or updated where the material is.
