Yes. For Small Wonders we migrated several years of students, statements and payments, from two different payment gateways, without losing a record. Older records are preserved as history rather than rewritten.
Which payment gateway will we use?
The one you already have, so settlements and your finance process do not change. If you do not have one yet, we help you choose and set it up in your school's name.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. The parent portal opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, where it behaves like an app. Parents sign in with their mobile number and a one-time SMS code, so there is no password to forget.
How are late fees handled?
You set the last date of payment when you upload each term's statements. Once it passes, the late fee is applied to every unpaid statement automatically, and never to families who have already paid.
Can each branch see only its own students?
Yes. Leadership sees the whole school, and each branch team sees only its own centre, view-only.
What about cash and cheque payments?
They are recorded against the right statement in seconds, with a note of who recorded them and when, so online and offline payments follow the same trail.
