Collect the way members and families expect, and know exactly what happened to every payment.

The problem

Sound familiar?

What we hear most often from payments and memberships leaders before we start.

01A shop checkout doing a different job

Fees or contributions collected through a checkout never designed for them.

02Payments go quiet

A payment succeeds at the bank but never reaches your records.

03Receipts bounce unseen

Nobody knows a receipt failed to arrive until the payer complains.

04Reconciliation by hand

Finance matches the gateway report against your list, line by line.

FAQ

Payments and memberships: common questions.

Anything else, ask in your consultation.

All questions
We already have a gateway account. Do we need a new one?

No. We keep your existing gateway, as we did with CCAvenue for Millennium Mams, so settlements and your finance team's process stay exactly the same.

What if someone pays and closes the page before it finishes?

The payment is still recorded. Every payment is confirmed three ways: the browser return, a server-to-server notification from the gateway, and a scheduled check that asks the gateway about anything still pending.

Can the form ask different questions to different people?

Yes. New and existing members, for example, each see only the questions that apply to them, chosen with a single tap.

Can receipts include PAN and other tax details?

Yes. Whatever your receipts need is collected in the form, and each receipt is issued exactly once per payment, however that payment was confirmed.

How do we know a receipt actually reached the payer?

Every email is logged with what happened to it: delivered, soft bounced, hard bounced or marked as spam. A hard bounce flags the payer's record so someone can follow up another way.

Does it need to replace our existing systems?

No. The platform runs as its own application on your server and links from wherever your payers start today.
