Software for agencies, consultancies and IT services firms

Sales, delivery, support, renewals and client reporting connected end to end, and to your accounts.

The problem

Sound familiar?

What we hear most often from services firms leaders before we start.

01Replies land in one inbox

A client's response reaches one person, and the rest of the team never sees it.

02Effort goes unrecorded

Quick fixes and calls are never logged, so true margins stay unknown.

03Renewals slip

Domains, licences and support contracts lapse because the date lived in a calendar.

04Clients chase you for answers

Invoice copies, hours used and renewal dates arrive as email requests.

FAQ

Services firms: common questions.

Anything else, ask in your consultation.

All questions
We already use Zoho Books. Will this work with it?

Yes. Velocity, Kanban, Stack and Select create quotes, proforma invoices and tax invoices in Zoho Books for the right billing entity, with GST applied, and read payment status back. Nothing is keyed in twice.

We bill from more than one company. Is that supported?

Yes. Each record is billed from the right legal entity, and leadership reporting shows every entity together, with sales between group companies reported separately.

Do we need all four accelerators?

No. Most firms start with the one that matters most, often support and time (Kanban) or renewals (Stack), and add others later. Combined, they share data automatically.

Can our team and clients keep working from email?

Yes. Clients raise and reply to support requests by email exactly as they do today, and replies are threaded into the shared queue automatically.

Will clients see our internal notes, or other clients' data?

No. Each client sees only their own company's information, and internal notes stay internal. Sensitive details such as credentials are revealed only on request.

How long does it take to go live?

Because each accelerator already runs in production, a typical rollout takes a few weeks, most of it spent shaping workflows around your process and bringing across your clients, projects and services.
